Step 1
Whisk the olive oil, honey, soy sauce and sriracha together in a bowl. Reserve about ½ cup in a covered container for serving.

Add the chicken with the marinade to a ziplock bag or a covered container and massage to coat the chicken with the marinade. Marinate in the fridge for 6 hours or overnight.
