Grilled Swordfish with Spiced Fleur de Sel

Swordfish steaks
Olive oil
1 tbsp
Spiced Fleur de Sel

baby arugula, washed

bunch radishes, sliced think
Step 1
Preheat the grill to 500°F.
Step 2
Rinse the swordfish and pat dry with paper towel, then drizzle with olive oil.
Step 3
Sprinkle both sides of the fish with the Spiced Fleur de Sel.
Step 4
When the grill is hot, place the fish on the grates and close the lid. Cook for about 5 minutes and flip using a spatula, then cook for about another 5 minutes. The fish is done when it’s cooked through and will flake apart easily, but still juicy. Be careful not to overcook it!
Step 5
Plate immediately with arugula and radishes on the side. Squeeze a lemon over the fish and salad and finish with a drizzle of olive oil and pinch of Spiced Fleur de Sel.
