Cooked low and slow for alllll that charcoal smoke flavor, then fried right on the grill for an ultra-crispy crunchy finish!
Using Baking & Roasting Briq, set the Spark Grill to 350°F.
Season chicken wings with kosher salt and a pinch of baking powder. Place wings and cook for 45 minutes, or until internal temp is 175°F-185°F.
Prepare sauce. Add two tablespoons of Franks Red Hot and two tablespoons melted butter to a mixing bowl. Mix to combine.
Set Spark Grill to 400°F. Place 2" of peanut or canola oil into a deep dutch oven, and place pot on center of the grill. Heat the oil for 10 minutes, until oil is 325°F-350°F.
When oil is at temp, place wings in the oil and fry for 3-4 minutes until super crispy and browned. Immediately toss in sauce when done, and serve!
