Thick cut bacon, sliced
1 tbsp
Balsamic Vinegar
Overview
A classic side dish reimagined with an outdoor cooking twist! Whip up a restaurant-quality side fit for the best of occasions, all at the turn of a dial with Spark's new Baking & Roasting Briq. Oh, and it has bacon, so let's cook!
Step 1
Using a Baking & Roasting Briq, set the Spark Grill to 400°F.
Step 2
Place skillet on grill, and preheat for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Cook bacon in skillet for 8-10 minutes until crispy and browned, and remove. Leave bacon fat in the pan.
Step 4
Place Brussels sprouts in the hot pan with bacon fat, and stir to combine. Close lid and roast for 15 minutes.
Step 5
When sprouts and browned and crispy, add bacon back to pan, and add balsamic vinegar. Toss/stir to combine and serve immediately!
Notes
This recipe does not call for salt due to the high salt content of the bacon. Please taste dish and salt/season as necessary!
