Overview
A summer classic cooked outdoors! Don't heat the oven inside the house for a perfect peach pie, Spark one up with our new Baking & Roasting Briq! Oh, and definitely top it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for best results!
Step 1
Add peaches, cornstarch, sugar, lemon juice, and pumpkin pie seasoning to a large bowl and mix to combine.
Step 2
Roll out pie crust for 9" pie dish and place crust in bottom of pan. Add peach mixture, then drape with your other pie crust. Crimp edges, and poke air holes with a fork into the top layer of dough.
Step 3
Place a Baking & Roasting Briq in the tray and set the Spark Grill to 425°F.
Step 4
When Spark Grill is at 425°F, place pie pan onto the center of the grate and bake for 35-40 minutes until golden and bubbly!
