elbow macaroni

deli American cheese, shredded at home
2 tsp
dijon mustard
1 tsp
ground black pepper
½ tsp
cayenne pepper
8 oz
yellow cheddar, shredded at home
Step 1
Turn on your Spark and preheat to 500°F.
Step 2
Add the milk and the water to a medium-size aluminum foil roasting pan and place on the grill. Cover with the foil lid or aluminum foil and allow to come to a simmer.
Step 3
Add the macaroni to the water, stir a few times, recover with the foil and let cook for about 8 minutes, until the pasta has soaked up most of the water.
Step 4
Add the American cheese, mustard, pepper and cayenne and stir until the cheese is melted and the pasta is al dente, up to 10-15 minutes longer.
Step 5
Remove from the heat and fold in the cheddar cheese. Season to taste and serve.
