Before you start, make sure your grates are clean of any savory flavors.
Brush the grill grates with oil and preheat the grill to 400°F.
Place the pears, cut side down, on the grill. Close the lid and grill for about 10 minute or until
pears are tender when poked with a fork.
Remove the pears from the grill and arrange two halves per plate.
Spoon a tablespoon of mascarpone onto each plate, dress with pecans and drizzle with
honey. Serve warm.
