Grilled Pears with Mascarpone, Pecans & Honey

8 oz
mascarpone cheese
1 cup
pecans
4 tbsp
wildflower or buckwheat honey
1 tbsp
neutral flavored oil, such as canola
Step 1
Before you start, make sure your grates are clean of any savory flavors.
Step 2
Brush the grill grates with oil and preheat the grill to 400°F.
Step 3
Place the pears, cut side down, on the grill. Close the lid and grill for about 10 minute or until pears are tender when poked with a fork.
Step 4
Remove the pears from the grill and arrange two halves per plate.
Step 5
Spoon a tablespoon of mascarpone onto each plate, dress with pecans and drizzle with honey. Serve warm.
