Ingredients
1 lb
bacon
2
jalapeños, cut lengthwise and deseeded
8 oz
whipped cream cheese
1 cup
shredded cheddar cheese
Cilantro
Step 1
Set a cast iron pan on the grill grates, turn on your Spark and preheat to 500°F.
Step 2
Add the bacon to the pan and cook until crispy. Crumble into a bowl and set aside.
Step 3
In a bowl, blend together the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and half the bacon until well mixed.
Step 4
Spoon the filling into the chile halves and top with remaining bacon crumbles. Don’t overfill or the cheese will melt out all over your grill grates.
Step 5
Place the chiles on the grill and close the lid. These should take about 10-12 minutes for the chiles to soften and the cheese to start to bubble.
Step 6
Garnish with cilantro leaves and serve hot.
