Overview
Beer bread has a beautiful yeasty, malty flavor, that's super-light! Use it with a warm bowl of soup, or slather butter and honey and go to town! We used a Patio Pilsner that we brewed at home with BEERMKR!
Step 1
Using a Baking & Roasting Briq, set Spark Grill to 375°F.
Step 2
Add all ingredients, flour, baking powder, sugar, melted butter, beer, and salt to a bowl Mix to combine into a solid dough. Place in a greased loaf pan.
Step 3
Place on Spark Grill, and bake for 55-60 minutes until golden, brown, and fully baked.
