Using a Quick Briq, set the Spark Grill to 500°F.
Two hours prior to cooking, season cubed chicken with kosher salt and place in yogurt and beer marinade inside of a large plastic bag.
Place chicken on skewers, pushing as close together as possible. Place chicken on grill and grill until chicken registers 155°F internally, then rest 10 minutes.
